Formerly the QMSDN user group, this is the new face of the community group focused around software development in the Microsoft space. This includes but is not limited to the .Net platform, and encompasses not only Microsoft products and techniques, but also open source and other alternatives.

A group of Web Technology developers meet and talk about web development, jobs, tricks of the trade, and projects they are working on. We have presentations, discussions, lightning talks and Q&A time. Any level from newbie to guru is welcome. Originally the PHP & MySQL user group - but since there's so much overlap and concurrent use of technologies, Web Tech makes more sense.

We are looking for talented Ruby on Rail programmers, testers, UI/UI gurus and Front End Developers. We are hosting an all day and night programming session at a premium Brisbane Penthouse - We will provide all the Beer and Pizza you can eat. You bring your laptops and lets start coding. Those that we like the most will be invited back for another event and possibly hired full or part time work. Come and enjoy a great night and work on an exciting new project.
